    Always able to do what I need. And in the slim timeframe I need. Friendly. Made to feel welcome from day one. The only laundry I've found that will do your laundry for you. Drop off, pick up when it's done. 90 minutes max.

    I contacted sapphire laundromat and requested they come and get my dry cleaning last Thursday they came and got my clothes promptly and said it would be $78 that is fine. I explained i needed my dry cleaning back by Tuesday and she said it would be back by 4pm on Tuesday. Now Tuesday rolled around and no dry cleaning and I messaged and tried to ring on the number provided and its consistently engaged. No answer to any of my messages. I haven't been able to attend my interview so I feel gutted. I wish to now update my review I went to see Chris who is the new owner of this business and he was conciliatory and understood my frustrations and once the issues regarding the miscommunication was worked out he had my dry cleaning at the shop in the afternoon today. He also provided me with a discount and advised he would get the phone number changed so alls well that ends well.
